В свою очередь, в Amazon заявляют, что желание пользоваться воздушными доставками изъявили тысячи людей. В то же время Федеральное управление гражданской авиации США FAA использует очень строгие нормы, регламентирующие применение беспилотников для доставки, особое внимание уделяется перелётам через дороги и движению вблизи людей. Другими словами, выполнять такие правила в частном секторе очень сложно. Тем не менее, Amazon пытается усовершенствовать дроны, чтобы те соответствовали требованием стандартов FAA, но пока так и не убедила ведомство снять самые значимые ограничения. Хотя некоторые из них были всё-таки отменены, если потенциальный клиент живёт в отдалении от беспилотного хаба Amazon, доставку к нему вряд ли можно будет осуществлять.
