You will find that some property boxes will still be in Light Theme. Autodesk will likely get to all of these properties boxes in future, but this is certainly a great start. This new visual style is in between Consistent Colors and Realistic. If there is no image applied to the material, the Texture visual style will simply use the RGB color on the graphics tab. Add Multiple Views and Schedules You have always been able to drag one view from Project Browser to a Sheet, but now Revit has added the ability to do multiple at a time. Once you have all the views selected, you can drag them into the sheet. You can also do this from the View tab by selecting the View icon, which will open a window that will also allow you to select multiple views at a time.
But, overall this is a really nice feature and a time saver. Resize All Schedule Rows We always like seeing schedule updates in new Revit releases and this one is a nice one. Revit has added the ability to resize all rows in a schedule. This is going to be nice to quickly adjust the height of the rows all at once. One thing we did notice when we first turned on the feature for All rows is that it took the height of the smallest row in the schedule. In our case, it looked like nothing happened as the rows with larger heights were still the same size as before. A Color Book is a library or book of premade colors that can be quickly added to your material.
The new button has replaced the Pantone button on the Color window, but the nice thing is they added all the Pantone colors as Color Books so you will not lose anything. The one thing we do hope they add soon is a search bar in the Color Books window. They do have a Color field but we have found that you have to be pretty specific for it to work. The nice thing about Color Books is that there are some available out there to download and use since they have been around for so long.
You can link directly to views from Autodesk Docs without downloading the file to a local resource. Views linked from Autodesk Docs use permissions from the Autodesk Docs account to manage access, making it easier to use the collaboration workflow when IP protection is important. Snap Points for Coordination Models Use snap points to easily model in context, to measure between two references based on the coordination model points, or to better position the coordination model.
To set alignment options for free form rebar sets, use the in-canvas toggle or, in the Properties palette for the structural rebar, use the Bar Alignment parameter.

Best New Features in Revit 2024 Next to the major overhaul of the User Interface, menus, and options, Revit 2024 introduced some other nice features which I listed below. From a flat surface Toposurface we are now allowed to create a solid 3D geometry with the Toposolid. This new feature works like any other system family, such as floor, roof, etc. It is not advisable to do this as it will likely be deleted in the future. As mentioned, Toposolid works like any other system family and can be created out of different layers with thickness and different materials. Массив при этом не ломается и не выдаёт ошибок, лишние элементы просто скрываются. В проектах не самая нужная вещь, а вот при создании семейств избавляет от некоторых костылей. Окно свойств Типоразмера В окне свойств типоразмера добавили кнопку сортировки параметров По умолчанию — По алфавиту, и теперь это окно запоминает ширину столбцов при закрытие окна раньше сбрасывалось.

The use of BIM tools has significantly transformed how buildings are designed and constructed; therefore, it is not surprising that most Revit Software users belong to the construction industry. The release of Revit 2024 is quite interesting. However, the software is not evolving slower than the industry would like. Some of the tools should be recreated from scratch instead of getting patched.
Nevertheless, Autodesk did a good job overall. This article covers the general and architectural features of Revit 2024. The new design includes redesigned icons for both light and dark themes, which aims to reduce screen glare and enhance the viewing experience.
After using it, I prefer it. The Canvas Theme button on the View ribbon tab enables easy switching of the graphics window between light and dark without affecting the rest of the interface. Interface adjustments are available in the options on the Colors panel.

The search is super responsive — it will start the search as soon as you start typing and is pretty fast and smooth.

Он позволяет копировать как арматуру внутри конструкции, привязываясь к одной из граней например, сделать обрамление одного или нескольких проемов в стене или скопировать арматуру полностью в другой элемент, выбирая для стержней новые основы. Смещение элементов армирования на виде Теперь для 2D видов также стала доступна функция «Переместить элементы».
При создании чертежей армирования конструкции это дает большую гибкость при оформлении.
Обойти ограничение несложно, даже не потребуются какие-то спец инструменты. Для начала надо запретить службе AdskLicensing выход в интернет.
