Прямо когда из бутылки в бокал, проявляется в нем некоторая странная затхлость небольшая. Лучше декантировать минут двадцать-тридцать, тогда из аромата уходят посторонние примеси. Вкус с кислинкой, очень ягодный - вишня, черная смородина, малина, черника. Кофе, изюм промелькивают. Послевкусие не особо выразительное, тема - лесные ягоды.
Вина из этого сорта получаются не плотными, не тяжелыми, не вопиюще кислотными, поскольку кислотность скрадывается сочностью и танинами. Сорт хорош в выдержанном состоянии. Именно поэтому мы попробуем выдержанные вина, при этом совсем не дорогие. Производитель — винодельня Бодегас Фернандо Кастро, основанная в 1850 году.
