Обновление Revit 2024: что нового?
Модель энергетического анализа, созданная на основе текущего представления. Связывание координационных моделей Revit теперь может связывать большое количество форматов файлов, хранящихся в BIM 360, с помощью связанной координационной модели. Эти модели представлены в Revit в виде облегченной геометрии, и по ним можно легко перемещаться. Можно выбирать подэлементы, а их свойства перечислены в палитре свойств. Revit Macro Security Macros are now disabled by default for enhanced security, as shown in the Revit Options dialog below. Resize All Schedule Rows When a schedule on a sheet is selected, there are now a few options in the Properties Palette to control the row height and rotation on the sheet. Schedule Revision Clouds Revision clouds can now be scheduled. This includes the ability to schedule related information such as the sheet or view name that the cloud is placed on. Figure 13. Open Sheet Directly from View If a view is placed on a sheet, that sheet can now be opened quickly via right-clicking within the view and selecting Open Sheet as shown here. Figure 14. Right-click in a view to open the sheet it is placed on quickly. Place Multiple Views and Schedules Multiple selected views and schedules can be dragged from the Project Browser onto a sheet. These are spaced out sufficiently so they do not overlap, but they likely require manual adjustment once placed. It is also possible to drag views from one sheet to another within the Project Browser as shown in Figure 16, in which case the views are positioned in the same location. Figure 15. Resizable Dialogs There are over 20 existing dialog boxes that have been enhanced to allow resizing. Figure 18. Example of a dialog enhanced to be resizable. Sorting of Project Parameters in Properties Project parameters are now sorted alphanumerically in the instance and type properties dialogs. Family parameters are unchanged from previous behavior. Architectural The architectural discipline has several new features and will make a lot of architects and designers happy. Of course, we will all have wishlist items not found in the update. Be sure to head to the Revit Ideas site and make sure you post or vote for enhancements you want. Here is an example of a much needed enhancement to the Bind Revit Link Revit Idea that would maintain phases — most do not realize that all phase settings are lost when you bind a Revit link until they need to do it! Textures View Style Revit has a new view style called Textures. I was in the beta user group for this one. It is a cross between shaded and realistic. It shows the appearance asset texture but without global lighting, so the materials are a consistent color on all surfaces and at all angles. It is possible to have ambient and sun shadows on in this mode as shown in the examples below. Figure 19. Textures view style example with ambient shadows on. Figure 20. Revit-2024: что нового для инженеров
Если их просто удалить — Revit восстановит их обратно, но поступим хитрее: заменим эти файлы на сломанные. A Color Book is a library or book of premade colors that can be quickly added to your material.
The new button has replaced the Pantone button on the Color window, but the nice thing is they added all the Pantone colors as Color Books so you will not lose anything. The one thing we do hope they add soon is a search bar in the Color Books window. They do have a Color field but we have found that you have to be pretty specific for it to work. The nice thing about Color Books is that there are some available out there to download and use since they have been around for so long. Search in Project Browser Once you use this new feature you will wonder what took Autodesk so long to add it. In the Project Browser box, you will see at the top a Search bar.
This will allow you to search anything in this property box, incluing all the views, schedules, sheets, families, groups, Revit Links, and basically anything else loaded into the project. The search is super responsive — it will start the search as soon as you start typing and is pretty fast and smooth. Open Sheet Directly from Drawing Area In the last few years, Revit has added more connections between views and sheets. This year they added another one with the Open Sheet command. If you click on that it will open the sheet the view is placed on. You can also do this from the project browser by right-clicking on a view in the Project Browser list and then selecting Open Sheet.
This also works if you select multiple views. Revit also added a nice warning window in case you do select a lot of views that would open up several sheets to give you a chance to rethink how much time you have to wait until all the sheets are open. The feature has icons for positive or negative feedback, intended to help the software better customize the cards shown to you. This feature does not appear to be immediately available at the time of publishing, which may indicate the need for it to gather some usage data. This is really great feature, especially for those that have been using Floors as a workaround to place families onto a site.
Multiple views can now be moved to other sheets either by selecting the views or simply dragging and dropping from the project browser. Revision clouds can now be scheduled which, again, has been a long-standing request from users. The revision schedule can be created in a similar way to any other schedule. However, we now can schedule fields from the Revision, Sheet, View and the Project Information which is useful when issuing sheets. Structural Updates As in the previous release, the focus remains on the workflows and toolsets with the analytical modeling process.
Also, we see some strengthening of the reinforcement tools with the addition of bending details and alignment control when using freeform rebar. I will also look at the update from Revit 2023. Loads have been overhauled and the older non hosted loads have been replaced with parametric, intelligent Point, Line and Area loads. These new tools are easier to use and increase accuracy and predictability when creating loads in Revit. Reinforcement Let us begin with the new features and updates with reinforcement. I will begin with the Bending Details which will be especially useful for non-standard rebar shapes. Here in the UK United Kingdom we only tend to detail non-standard shapes and only show these details in the bending schedule, but I know that other countries have a requirement for bending details on all rebar. Bending Details are created as true vector geometry and, as such, will update and change automatically if the host rebar is amended. Bending details can be placed in views by selecting the reinforcement bar and then selecting the Bending Detail command from the context ribbon. The detail can then be placed in a free location, or you can use the Align to Bar command to keep the detail orthogonal.
The Bending Detail is driven by standard Revit Type properties and, as such, you can have multiple types that you can use in different situations. The Bending Details also make use of Revit dimension styles so you will need to setup a couple of dimension styles to support the Bending Detail tools. You can also configure the amount of detail that is displayed within the bending detail. For example, you could simply show the segment length dimensions or recover all the dimensions and angles for each segment as well as hooks and linear dimensions. There are also a few options around the unfolding or offsetting of Bending Details. When you have shapes such as links that overlap it could be confusing when showing lengths and angles of the hooks. These 3 configurations are shown in the image below using a standard link. Currently, the Bending Details cannot be tagged but I am sure that Autodesk will add this functionality in future releases.
Sub-Divisions are placed on top of the toposolid. You can then pick a material and set a thickness in the instance properties.
Sub-Division have a thickness instance parameter. There is another parameter called Inherit Contours. It allows you to decide if you want to see the contours on the subdivision or not. In Revit 2024: Building pads are gone. Instead, Autodesk recommends using the Massing tool to create void geometry. These tools are more complex and potentially more confusing than building pads, but they allow you to create more complex shapes. In this example, we create a void shape for a parking driveway. You could also use the model in-place tool, but uh... Overall, this is probably for the best... In Revit 2024: Each toposolid type can have different kinds of topography contours.
In the type properties of a toposolid, you need to click on Contour Display. You can decide to have a toposolid type with lots of contours. However, the contours are not visible when editing the points. And maybe you want a water toposolid without any contours. In this example, the toposolid is cut to accommodate the foundation wall and footing. The volume of the toposolid accurately reflects the substraction of the these elements. This can be use to create curbs. You cannot use this tool on subdivisions, or on very complex shapes.

They were introduced in Revit 2023. Drag multiple views to sheet. Place multiple views, legends and schedules on a sheet at once. The views will be placed in a grid format. Improved schedules.
The row height is no more determined by the font size or by width of the image column. Now the font height is the minimal value instead of fixed value. Schedule revision clouds. Ability to create schedule that contains revision clouds provides a suitable way to track issues in your project. You can use Comments, Mark, and Revision parameters alongside with other groups of parameters that you can select in the upper drop-down menu of the Schedule Properties dialog. Apply revisions to multiple sheets.
Improved Scope Boxes. Fixed issue related to display of 2D regions in 3D families. The display of 2D regions created in 3D families is consistent in family and project environment, vector and raster print. Also you can use draw order for the regions. Improved Dynamo 2. This menu makes it easier to create input nodes; it recommends nodes that you can use as inputs.
Hardware acceleration for Dynamo.. It ensures better performance; you can find this option in the Preferences dialog, Visual Settings tab, and it is enabled by default. In-product node documentation. This feature enables you to view node documentation in a side panel directly in Dynamo instead of in an external browser. Improved Dynamo Player. Dynamo Player provides the Issue Viewer to displays warnings.
Reduce errors and omissions in your document sets. For those of us who used to work in AutoCAD, not having a dark theme in Revit always took a while to get used to. We finally have a dark theme in Revit and it does very much seem worth the wait. It has several options to really customize it. To turn it on, you will need to navigate to the File tab in the upper right and then select the Options button. There is a new tab in this property box named Colors. In this tab, you will be able to set Dark Theme or Light Theme with the dropdown. The rest of the colors can be customized in each theme using RGB colors.

TopographySurface and SiteSubRegion elements have been superseded as of Revit 2024 by a new element (lid) and related classes. Fresh from the Factory, Revit 2024 is rolling out globally! In Revit 2024, the add-in has been updated to reveal the full geometry of elements which are within the visible portion of the cropped view when the sectioning tool is disabled.

The bending details could also become a solution for certain detailing conventions such as tick and tag in sectional views and the display of bars in plan. Bending Details in Schedules The Bending Details can also be used in schedules which is especially useful for non-standard shape codes.
It is worth noting that you will only see the shape once the schedule is placed onto a sheet. Again, in many other regions and countries, shape codes are always shown in the schedule regardless. In the example below, Bending Details are shown in the bending schedule with the new auto size option for rows with images.
In the above image, the segment names are displayed to reduce the amount of space required but you can also configure the Bending Details specifically for use within schedules. Here in the UK, it would only be necessary to show the bending sketch for non-standard shapes so it would be useful to see a feature where you could control which shape codes use the new Bending Detail and display on the schedule. Again, this is the first iteration, and I am sure we will see other additions to this new feature in future releases.
We will now look at a feature that was released in Revit 2023. Whilst this is an amazingly simple tool it really makes a difference when working with rebar. In the example below we have a rebar set which is configured for the spacing and number of bars.
If I add additional bars, they may end up on the wrong end of the rebar set.
Finally, taking a few minutes to add some Enscape assets, but still, no edits to the Revit model; look how lively the scene becomes! Notice the building being reflected on the vehicle in the foreground. Previously there were only discipline-specific and systems i. Due to the settings and loaded families required by specific Revit commands and workflows, some tools would not work correctly depending on which template you started from. With this new all-discipline template, this problem can be avoided. FYI: the original templates can still be found by clicking the Browse… button. Revit cloud collaboration cache relocation When using BIM 360 to host Revit models in the cloud, the files are synced locally via Autodesk Desktop Connector for improved performance. However, until now, the location of the local files was not editable. If you have a laptop, for example, with a smaller SSD primary drive e. C: drive , and a larger non-SSD secondary drive e. D: drive , there was no way to point the local BIM 360 storage to the more spacious D: drive.

In Revit 2024, with the introduction of the Toposolid , Autodesk has addressed this inconsistency and also given its site tools a significant, much-needed makeover. However, there are still quite a few gaps, some more substantial than others. Environment 11. This parameter allows you to obtain accurate quantities for each Toposolid instance that requires Cut and Fill takeoff.
Once you have these quantities, you can create a detailed earthwork schedule.

Спецификация пометочных облаков Теперь можно создавать спецификацию на пометочные облака — облачка для выделения изменений. В спецификацию можно добавлять как параметры самих облаков, так и параметры из окна «Изменения», свойства видов, листов и сведения о проекте. Выбор полей для спецификации Пример спецификации Пример спецификации Как видите, можно неплохо так настроить спецификацию пометочных облаков, чтобы фиксировать изменения на листах. Если когда-нибудь шаблоны АДСК выйдут для Ревита 2024, то как знать, может, сделаем именно такой вариант внесения изменений. Есть у спецификации минус — подпись, она у меня сейчас сделана в виде параметра с типом данных «Изображение», масштабируется под высоту строки. Поэтому, если делать высоту 5 мм, то изображение становится слишком мелким.
В общем, спецификация интересная, нужно изучить подробнее. Есть три варианта на выбор: Нет — то есть работать, как и раньше, подбирать высоту по высоте и длине текста в ячейке; Все — задать всем строкам минимальную высоту, но если какой-то текст не влез по длине и переносится, то высота строки тоже увеличивается, а изображения масштабируются при изменении ширины столбца; Строки изображения — если в спецификации несколько строк, и в каких-то есть изображения, то строки с изображениями будут не выше указанного значения, остальные — адаптируются по размеру и длине текста.
