Увидел в Таиланде массажные кресла — занялся реализацией бизнес-идеи, увлекся вендинговыми аппаратами — взялся и за них, снискав в итоге звание «вендингового короля». Возникает ощущение, что ты человек импульса. Это правда? Еще на заре бизнеса я понял, что импульсивный подход не работает. Всегда было четкое осознание, что без подготовки, четкого анализа и правильной последовательности действий даже самая интересная и перспективная идея работать не будет. И, прежде чем заняться теми же креслами, я системно продумывал всю концепцию, оценивал риски и перспективы. Это было совсем не импульсивное решение! Первым делом состоялась поездка в Китай. Я изучил поставщиков, с некоторыми из них познакомился на заводах, где производятся кресла, прикинул, как будет работать бизнес с точки зрения российского законодательства. Только после всего этого я смог принять осмысленное решение о целесообразности проекта. Именно через конфликт происходит выход на новый уровень. В этом контексте я бы говорил не столько об импульсе, сколько о риске и его осознании. Любой бизнес связан с опасностью многое потерять, это я чувствовал всегда. Поэтому безрассудно пуститься во все тяжкие — не моя история. А то, что ты называешь импульсом — для меня просто скорость реакции. Пришлось выйти из зоны комфорта? У меня в жизни все было хорошо и стабильно, в 25 лет я достиг топ-позиции в компании. Начало своего дела стало для меня тяжелым испытанием. Но я точно знаю, что серьезного бизнеса и вообще любого развития без риска быть не может. Только через конфликт происходит выход на новый уровень. Возвращаясь к нашим креслам: я сам их отгружал в минус 30! Коробки по 200 килограммов. Мне, абсолютному гуманитарию, пришлось поначалу разбираться в особенностях этих агрегатов, паять микросхемы и устранять все технические неполадки. А что за проблемы? В креслах не работал массаж? В них не были предусмотрены купюроприемники.
