With Avengers: Endgame very much in the picture, Lego this year is unveiling a life-size Iron Man wearing a modified Infinity Gauntlet. The six-and-a-half foot statue, which weighs 188 pounds, consists of 35,119 bricks and took Lego Master Builders 225 hours to design and build.

Buildable LEGO Marvel Iron Man Helmet Revealed
What is an interesting design choice is that the circular tile the sticker sits on is glow-in-the-dark, a subtle, but ingenious decision. The limbs, for the most part are symmetrical, the legs being identical mirror images of one another. The only deviation comes in the lower halves of the two arms and whilst both feature large blue disruptors, using transparent blue circular pieces, each arm features a different type of working stud shooter. The right arm features the more common rotating 6-stud shooter which can be fired by rotating the back, very effective weapon against anything Iron Man can throw your way. Both of the weapons work effectively to give Iron Monger a great interactivity for play.
You also get a crate to store your spare ammo. With the Iron Monger, with the exception of the shoulder plates which are help on with a couple of weak clips, the rest of the model feel much more sturdy, much more well constructed. This is down to the source material accurate rods on the back which connect should to elbow.

The detailing we get is solid and accurate to the movie version we see in Avengers: Age of Ultron. This is another LEGO Minifigure where we get the usual transparent blue bricks as the rocket boosters. It has all the usual details and print applications covering it and even has some really nicely defined red and gold paneling down either side of the stomach. The only issue we can see is that while the Iron Man in the movie has a fully exposed Arc reactor, the Minifigure has half a reactor.
It is fairly accurate to the suit we see on screen. However, they add more gold highlights on the torso and leg pieces. Perhaps this is because they used earlier concept art to base their prints on, or perhaps they just wanted to make the Minifigure look a little more interesting.
It has a great-looking triangular Arc reactor printed in the center of the torso piece, and we like that LEGO gave it space to breathe, leaving the detailing towards the bottom of the torso and onto the legs. This Iron Man Minifigure comes complete with the wing accessories that he battles with. A harness goes around his neck and hangs on the back of the torso, and you simply assemble and clip the four arms to the harness.
It looks neat and even has a blaster effect to add to the action shots. One issue is that the wings have stickers that need to be applied to them instead of the details being printed on.
Such design allows the builder to focus on one section of the set, without being overwhelmed by the rest of the details.
