Main courses Being a Caribbean island there is an abundance of local fish dishes. The blackened fish tacos with freshly caught snapper, with black bean salsa and slaw were just right for my eldest. He absolutely loved this and it was the highlight of his meal at which he agreed was one of the best restaurants on Aruba for families. I opted for a really lovely Mi Casa Su Casa salad with the blue cheese dressing. It was fresh and tasty.
Из этой же серии — томленый в томатном соусе говяжий фарш пикадильо 450 , говядина ропа вьехо 590 и сэндвич с рваной свининой pan con lechon 460. Не забываем про соусы — если попросите, их охотно приготовят а не нальют из магазинной бутылки , еще и уточнят — вам поострее или не очень. В общем, если вам в жизни не хватает Кубы, здесь вы некоторые ее признаки найдете. По выходным, конечно, вечеринки с танцами, в баре ром, возле барной стойки хьюмидор с сигарами, иногда приходит торседор — специальный человек, который крутит сигары вручную прямо при вас. Не знаю, в этом ли надо искать корни долголетия ресторана, но факт — в прошлом году Aruba отметила 25 лет своего существования.
