На встрече с сотрудниками отдела социальной адаптации иностранных студентов гостям рассказали, как проходит знакомство малайзийских и индонезийских студентов со студенческой жизнью университета. Хорошим «первым погружением» в университетскую среду для иностранцев становятся летние школы ТГУ. Так, уже в 2008 году появились языковые курсы, в 2014 — тематические школы по различным научным направлениям. Почетный консул Тео Сан Ли отметил, что в ТГУ система рекрутинга иностранцев находится на высоком уровне, превосходящем многие другие учебные заведения.
После этого гости из Малайзии и Индонезии посетили жилые комнаты общежития «Парус», спортзал, кухню.
Характеризуя интровертов, их можно назвать людьми с богатым воображением, причём они также могут быть стратегами и иметь план на все случаи жизни. Они могут быть творческими людьми и все равно делать большой акцент на знания. Это могут быть, условно, учёные, врачи, химики. А экстраверты этой группы — политические деятели. Они всегда готовы вступить в спор, полемику, причём полемику на интеллектуальные темы. Такие люди достаточно эгоистичны.
Они достигают поставленной цели несмотря ни на что и часто прибегают к манипулированию. Следующий тип — зеленые. Интроверты здесь — это активисты, тихие, воодушевлённые, но идеалисты. Философы и посредники как раз они. Это альтруистичные, поэтичные и мягкие люди. Тренер имеет больше экстравертности. Он такой воодушевляющий лидер, который ведёт за собой, которого слушают, который является авторитетом.
Борец тоже является экстравертом. Этот тип личности тоже достаточно творческий. Их даже можно назвать в некотором роде городскими сумасшедшими. Желтую группу можно назвать искателями. Они спонтанные и артистичные люди, весельчаки — с ними никогда не скучно. Это те люди, с которыми в компании всегда весело, они являются такими заводилами. Артисты — один из типов желтых — люди более закрытые в себе, более гибкие, более лояльные, но они всегда готовы попробовать что-то новое.
Виртуозы — это экспериментаторы, это всевозможные практики такие прокладывают путь и последний тип делец, это могут быть спортсмены умные, энергичные. Зачем нужен MBTI? В том числе нужно смотреть на ценности и мотивы. К сожалению, их данная типология не затрагивает, соответственно, только на основании какой-либо типологии подбор и оценка кандидатов не осуществляется, — рассказывает Валентина.
