Complete overhaul skin, it is definitely worth the money. Feels a lot like irelia, and not like Riven.

Divine Sunderer is another great option as a tank item that helps her heal when auto-attacking champions and it gives her a bit of extra damage after using abilities. This allows her to get the six stacks pretty fast, which means she can deal more damage and get a lot of physical vamp when fully stacked. With Brutal, these auto attacks will do more damage, helping Riven deal more damage. Last Stand Last Stand helps Riven deal more damage when she drops low on health. Since Riven is a bruiser and she builds some Health in his build, falling low on health is not too much of a problem.
