Полный текст обращения Гитлера к немецкому народу 22 июня 1941 года
Множество наших людей было отправлено в тюрьму, сотни тысяч были выкинуты с работы, либо как-нибудь иначе лишены средств к существованию. Путь указан. И прекратить эту борьбу больше не сможет ни кто и ни что. Порукой тому — наше Движение! Но им не достает энергии. Все мы слишком переоценили значимость чисто механических знаний и, вследствие этого, перестали чувствовать свой народ, отдалились от него. Не случись этого, евреям никогда бы не удалось так внедриться в наш народ. Корпус немецких государственных служащих должен снова стать тем, чем он был в прежние времена! Напротив, именно его процветание или гибель зависят от спасения или гибели крестьянства и рабочих. Они меланхолично созерцают приближение всемирного потопа. В структурах, которым принадлежит реальная власть , под «свободой» подразумевается их возможность грабить широкие массы населения, без каких-либо ограничений, и не встречая хоть сколько-нибудь серьезного сопротивления.

Единственное, в чем он принципиален, так это в своем нежелании вести борьбу за утверждение своих идей самостоятельно. Точно также обстоит дело и с народом.
Народ, не готовый защищаться до последнего, - бесхарактерный народ. Но - не ради того, чтобы помочь рабочим, вовсе нет. Что значат для этих апостолов интернационализма рабочие какой-либо страны? Результатом явилось то, что за короткое время именно руководящий слой общества стал абсолютно чужд своему собственному народу. Во-первых, германец во всех смыслах устроен покрепче, чем еврей. It was a sum that made work possible, that is: tools, workshops and a certain amount of money in order to survive for a period of time. Gradually, this small workshop became a big factory. But workshops and tools, machines and factories have, per se, no value able to produce value but are a means to an end. What produces value is work, and the few cents which made it possible to survive difficult times and buy some fabrics, multiplied through time, stand before us today — we call it Capital for continued operation in bad times, that is Working Capital. Here I want to emphasize one thing: Tools, workshop, machine, factory — or working capital, that is, industrial capital — against this you cannot fight at all. You can perhaps make sure that it is not abused but you cannot fight against it. This is the first major scam that one makes to our people, and they make it to distract us from the real fight, to pull it off from the capital which should and must be fought — from the loan and financial capital.

Well, it was at that time, my racial comrades, when everything was broken up, when the upper leadership had faithlessly fled abroad, when others were surrendering, when the Wehrmacht had to give up its weapons, when the people disarmed themselves voluntarily,-it was at that time, when the agitation? It was such a mad determination in the eyes of those others, that my closest friends did not understand me. I found the strength for this determination only from my knowledge of the people. If, at that time, I had only known the upper ten thousand, believe me, my German people-I would not stand before you today, I would never have found courage for this thought which is capable of revolutionizing a people. I knew at that time first and all the people itself; I knew... I could not abandon that, for it would have been to betray my own comrades, who were just as badly...
I have come to know the great mass of the German people, ladies and gentlemen, from living with them. And these masses have not only upheld my belief in the people, but have restored it, and constantly strengthened it through all the years since then, in the face of contrary circumstances, or when any misfortune seemed to threaten the realization of my plans. And this was perhaps not so hard as I thought, inasmuch as I was already on guard against the danger of unworthy place-seekers or selfish persons joining my ranks. For whoever joined this movement in those years from 1919-23 had to be a boundless idealist. Any other kind of man would only say: "He is an utter fool. The man is mad. And I can say that of all my followers, all of them who at that time and later supported me: they had nothing to win, and everything to lose. And how much have they all lost for my sake. If I win a hundred over, and have only ten remain to me, and the other ninety always leave me, then gradually they will become a hundred if I win a thousand. If I win ten thousand, they will be a thousand, and gradually the number of those who remain will grow ever larger. And if one had departed for the second or third time, perhaps, then perhaps he will be embarrassed to go the fifth time, and then he too will remain. Now the whole nation understands it; what was then counted not even a thousand, today totals millions of fellow countrymen, who are going to the gathering places, and are giving, for the National Socialist Union, their last fur and pullover. This good fortune, to be able to give... How great the good fortune was only those can measure, apparently, who today can say of themselves: "I am doing everything for my people, everything for our soldiers, so that they may stand fast.
Slowly, it is true, but it was well so; it needed time, but it came into existence. This movement exists today; it was not an uninterrupted growth, but there were then again also days of the most severe distress and of doubt, dark days. I need only remember the year 1923. The enemy stood in the Ruhr district, Germany was in inflation, the whole German people ruined, and seemed to be going under in unparalleled misery, several words unintelligible and they profited by our misfortune. А насколько немцы сентиментальны, видно хотя бы из того, что нам казалось страшной жестокостью освободить свою землю от 600000 евреев, между тем как эвакуацию наших собственных людей мы покорно восприняли как должное.
Нельзя больше допускать эмиграцию из Европы в Америку представителей германской расы. Всех норвежцев, шведов, датчан, голландцев мы должны направить в восточные области; они будут служить империи. Перед нами великая задача будущего: проведение планомерной расовой политики. Мы вынуждены этим заняться уже потому, что необходимо воспрепятствовать кровосмешению, которое у нас все больше распространяется. Что же касается швейцарцев, то их придется использовать лишь в качестве трактирщиков.
Болот мы осваивать не будем. Мы возьмем лишь земли высокого качества, на первом этапе - даже самые лучшие. Но тогда политика должна быть другой. Одно из решений может состоять в переселении всех внеимперских немцев, проживающих к юго-востоку от Германии, на берега Дуная. Ведь венгры с румынами все равно никогда не помирятся, даже если увидят после этой акции в лице Германии общего врага. Жителям Баната надо тоже дать такую же хорошую землю. Если я буду иметь на Востоке 1,5 миллиона внеимперских немцев, то я должен построить автомагистраль длиной в 1500 км и нанизать на нее, словно жемчужины на нитку, поселения через каждые 50-100 километров, а также основать несколько более значительных по своему размеру городов.
Правда, даже если принять эту точку зрения, то все же приходишь к выводу, что Север важнее Юга. Однако: Дунай есть Дунай, его ничем не заменишь. Нужно колонизовать и район Железных Ворот, чтобы никто не мог их закрыть. К сожалению, это очень плохая область. Хороших немцев туда не посадишь.
Но можно заселить эту область специалистами по добыче меди, жителями югославской области Бор. Это одна из лучших возможностей добраться до меди, тем более что мы не очень-то дружим с югославами. А ту часть добытого вместе с медью марганца, которую мне нежелательно будет пускать в обработку там, на месте, я смогу отправить вверх по Дунаю. Затем, Дунай обеспечивает связь с Турцией. Делать мировую политику может лишь тот, у кого развязаны руки в тылу.
Кто пролил кровь, имеет право и на господство. Если бы дали индусам свободу, ее не хватило бы и на 20 лет. Англичане ныне упрекают себя, что управляли Индией неправильно. Подобный вывод они делают из того факта, что страна не проявляет восторгов. Нет, они поступали верно.
Но восторгов ожидать смешно. Если бы англичане не осуществляли свое господство, то в Индии не было бы 380 миллионов индусов.
