Паберти / Puberty
По пятницам и субботам заведение работает в клубном формате: здесь проводятся концерты известных питерских групп, зажигательные дискотеки в стиле 90-х и тематические вечеринки. Ресторан прекрасно оснащен для трансляций спортивных мероприятий — большой экран и 12 плазменных панелей расположены по периметру зала. По воскресеньям работает детская площадка и действуют скидки на обеды с детьми. С сентября по май проводятся анимационные программы и интерактивные шоу для маленьких гостей, а также кулинарные мастер-классы и детские дискотеки. В будние дни ресторан предоставляет несколько вариантов бизнес-обедов.
Особенностью «Puberty» является то, что данное заведение одним из первых в городе стали позиционировать себя как ресторан-пивоварня. Здесь варят самое настоящее пиво из Чехии, под названием «Святой Норберт». Кухня ресторана «Puberty» настолько разнообразна, что за один раз вы вряд ли сможете прикоснуться ко всем представленным здесь культурам.
Паназиатская кухня, появившаяся в меню позже остальных, довольно быстро закрепилась в традиционных заказах клиентов.
К ним идёт хороший горчичный соус, который потом остался и для гренок.. Если вспомнить, что наш пивной вечер случился в канун Нового Года, то разумеется не обошлось без «развлекательной программы». Был молчаливый фокусник, который на самом деле пробудил детство не только во мне, но и в нашем двухметровом друге 30 лет..
Заставил нас съесть бумажки с предсказаниями на следующий год и обдурил простейшими фокусами, но это было так классно.. Не обошлось и без ведущего с конкурсами и нелепыми вопросами, вроде «что вы тут делаете».. Я уже после 1,5 литров светлого не фильтрованного сдала позиции и на весь паб объявила, что я критик.. А я натура, чёрт побери, азартная.
В итоге я, мой Л. Суть состояла в том что девушек меня и оппонентку , как самое лёгкое тело поднимали и крутили в разные стороны, чтобы составить необходимые буквы алфавита. Но в пабе пьют ВСЕ!!! В итоге наш «приятель» не оценил свой рывок и с размаху ударил меня головой об пол.
Если бы последующий рентген показал хоть какие-то нарушения я бы нашла способ засудить этого ведущего и Паберти вместе с ним. Поэтому, администрация, думайте, когда утверждаете программу, которую вам приносит ведущий! Ах ну да, конкурс сразу закончился ничьей, мне оперативно принесли пакет набитый льдом и «подарок от ведущего» — 1,5 литра тёмного не фильтрованного пива.. Я попросила заменить, рассудив официанту, что это бред приносить тёмное пиво людям, которые его не пьют.
Официант в свою очередь решил, что я совсем на голову ударилась и нужно этим пользоваться.. Нам заменили подарочный графин на светлое пиво, НО благополучно включили его в счёт 450руб. Я признаюсь, что была пьяна и ударена головой и счёт оплачивал наш друг, поэтому я не обратила внимания на эту графу. НО сейчас хочу заметить, что это свинство пользоваться пьяным состоянием гостей и вписывать в их счёт позиции вот таким образом!
Подводя итог: — место расположено крайне неудачно — добраться можно только на такси; — интерьер, музыкальная и развлекательная программа — прямой отголосок « пивного ресторана » 90-х; — меню соответствует пабу, вкусно, но необоснованно завышенный ценник; — обслуживание хорошее, но история с «дегустацией» и 1,5 л пива в счёте — неподобающее; — пиво ВКУСНОЕ! Да, что ни говори, но пиво у них вкусно. Возможно я не самый притязательный пивовед, но мне понравилось. Светлое пшеничное не фильтрованное мне подходит идеально.
И голова на утро не болела! Если не учитывать того, что на левой стороне макушки и затылка я ещё неделю не могла лежать..
The most important of the environmental influences is clearly nutrition, but a number of others have been identified, all which affect timing of female puberty and menarche more clearly than male puberty. Hormones and steroids There is theoretical concern, and animal evidence, that environmental hormones and chemicals may affect aspects of prenatal or postnatal sexual development in humans. Sex steroids are sometimes used in cattle farming but have been banned in chicken meat production for 40 years. Although agricultural laws regulate use to minimize accidental human consumption, the rules are largely self-enforced in the United States.

Harder to detect as an influence on puberty are the more diffusely distributed environmental chemicals like PCBs polychlorinated biphenyl , which can bind and trigger estrogen receptors. More obvious degrees of partial puberty from direct exposure of young children to small but significant amounts of pharmaceutical sex steroids from exposure at home may be detected during medical evaluation for precocious puberty , but mild effects and the other potential exposures outlined above would not. Bisphenol A BPA is a chemical used to make plastics, and is frequently used to make baby bottles, water bottles, sports equipment, medical devices, and as a coating in food and beverage cans. BPA mimics and interferes with the action of estrogen—an important reproduction and development regulator. The highest estimated daily intakes of BPA occur in infants and children.
Many plastic baby bottles contain BPA, and BPA is more likely to leach out of plastic when its temperature is increased, as when one warms a baby bottle or warms up food in the microwave. Surplus calories beyond growth and activity requirements are reflected in the amount of body fat , which signals to the brain the availability of resources for initiation of puberty and fertility. Much evidence suggests that for most of the last few centuries, nutritional differences accounted for majority of variation of pubertal timing in different populations, and even among social classes in the same population. Recent worldwide increased consumption of animal protein, other changes in nutrition, and increases in childhood obesity have resulted in falling ages of puberty, mainly in those populations with the higher previous ages. In many populations the amount of variation attributable to nutrition is shrinking. Although available dietary energy simple calories is the most important dietary influence on timing of puberty, quality of the diet plays a role as well.
Lower protein intakes and higher dietary fiber intakes, as occur with typical vegetarian diets , are associated with later onset and slower progression of female puberty. Obesity influence and exercise Scientific researchers have linked early obesity with an earlier onset of puberty in females. They have cited obesity as a cause of breast development before nine years and menarche before twelve years. A high level of exercise, whether for athletic or body image purposes, or for daily subsistence, reduces energy calories available for reproduction and slows puberty. The exercise effect is often amplified by a lower body fat mass and cholesterol. Physical and mental illness Chronic diseases can delay puberty in both males and females.
Those that involve chronic inflammation or interfere with nutrition have the strongest effect. In the western world, inflammatory bowel disease and tuberculosis have been notorious for such an effect in the last century, while in areas of the underdeveloped world, chronic parasite infections are widespread. Mental illnesses occur in puberty. The brain undergoes significant development by hormones which can contribute to mood disorders such as major depressive disorder , bipolar disorder , dysthymia and schizophrenia. In comparison with the effects of genetics, nutrition, and general health, social influences are small, shifting timing by a few months rather than years. Mechanisms of these social effects are unknown, though a variety of physiological processes, including pheromones , have been suggested based on animal research.
Most of the studies have reported that menarche may occur a few months earlier in females in high-stress households, whose fathers are absent during their early childhood, who have a stepfather in the home, who are subjected to prolonged sexual abuse in childhood, or who are adopted from a developing country at a young age. Conversely, menarche may be slightly later when a female grows up in a large family with a biological father present. More extreme degrees of environmental stress, such as wartime refugee status with threat to physical survival, have been found to be associated with delay of maturation, an effect that may be compounded by dietary inadequacy. Most of these reported social effects are small and our understanding is incomplete. Most of these "effects" are statistical associations revealed by epidemiologic surveys. Statistical associations are not necessarily causal, and a variety of covariables and alternative explanations can be imagined.
Effects of such small size can never be confirmed or refuted for any individual child. Furthermore, interpretations of the data are politically controversial because of the ease with which this type of research can be used for political advocacy. Accusations of bias based on political agenda sometimes accompany scientific criticism. Another limitation of the social research is that nearly all of it has concerned females, partly because female puberty requires greater physiologic resources and partly because it involves a unique event menarche that makes survey research into female puberty much simpler than male. More detail is provided in the menarche article. Variations of sequence The sequence of events of pubertal development can occasionally vary.
Rarely, menarche can occur before other signs of puberty in a few females. These variations deserve medical evaluation because they can occasionally signal a disease. Neurohormonal process The endocrine reproductive system consists of the hypothalamus , the pituitary , the gonads , and the adrenal glands , with input and regulation from many other body systems. True puberty is often termed "central puberty" because it begins as a process of the central nervous system. The ovaries or testes respond to the rising amounts of LH and FSH by growing and beginning to produce estradiol and testosterone. Rising levels of estradiol and testosterone produce the body changes of female and male puberty.
The onset of this neurohormonal process may precede the first visible body changes by 1—2 years. Components of the endocrine reproductive system The arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus is the driver of the reproductive system. It has neurons which generate and release pulses of GnRH into the portal venous system of the pituitary gland. The arcuate nucleus is affected and controlled by neuronal input from other areas of the brain and hormonal input from the gonads , adipose tissue and a variety of other systems. The pituitary gland responds to the pulsed GnRH signals by releasing LH and FSH into the blood of the general circulation, also in a pulsatile pattern.

It is still not clear by which mechanism the activation of the HPG axis is silenced after a few months. Minipuberty is a window of opportunity to examine the HPG axis. A serum LH and FSH measurement in this period may help to diagnose infants with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Later in infancy, the HPG axis is physiologically quiescent, so diagnosing hypogonadotropic hypogonadism at this early stage can help to induce puberty at the appropriate physiological age.
Since the hormonal rise is gender-specific during minipuberty, hormone analyses can help to classify biological sex in infants with a suspected disorder of sexual development DSD. Minipuberty and Its Influence on Genital Organ Development and Fertility In general, the transient rise in testosterone in boys or estradiol in girls is not followed by clinically visible physical changes. Ultrasound evaluation of testicular size may document a transient not detectable by palpation increase in testicular volume during minipuberty [ 24 ]. In rare cases, the transient rise of sex hormones can result in transient clinical visible pubertal signs in otherwise healthy infants: vaginal bleeding in girls [ 25 ] or palpable testicular growth with the development of pubic hair in boys [ 26, 27 ]. Regarding the persisting effects of minipuberty, the hormonal surge is of importance for penile growth and testicular development in boys. Testosterone levels RIA in minipuberty correlate positively with penile growth and penile growth velocity [ 28 ]. In male babies suffering from hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, treatment with subcutaneously administered gonadotropins postnatally can provide normal penile growth and is an effective therapy for micropenis in infancy [ 29 ], but data about the outcome of long-term treatment are missing. Only 1 study has evaluated the long-term outcome of administering subcutaneous FSH in combination with intramuscular testosterone in the first months of life in 3 patients [ 30 ].
Penile length was not commented on in this study. More studies are warranted to evaluate the long-term efficacy of this treatment. During minipuberty, an increase in the number of Sertoli cells [ 31 ] and germ cells [ 32 ] is observed in the testicles. As Sertoli cells do not express an androgen receptor during infancy, the rise in testosterone during minipuberty does not induce spermatogenesis [ 33 ]. However, the postnatal transient activation of the HPG axis seems to play an important role in fertility in boys. Several studies in cryptorchidic boys showed an insufficient maturation of gonadocytes into type A-dark spermatocytes [ 34 ]. This supports the hypothesis that cryptorchidism is not the cause of infertility, but rather a sign of a disturbed HPG axis. According to this hypothesis, the abnormal HPG axis and ensuing defective minipuberty influence future infertility.
The current European guideline for urology from 2016 therefore suggests offering treatment with a GnRH analog to boys with bilateral undescended testes to improve their fertility outcome [ 37 ]. On the other hand, there are studies showing a higher rate of germ cell apoptosis in adults after prepubertal human chorionic gonadotropin hCG treatment for cryptorchidism [ 38 ]. As there is a lack of evidence of long-term efficacy to improve fertility by hormonal treatment, the current guideline of the American Urology Association from 2014 [ 37 ] and the consensus of the Nordic countries from 2007 [ 39 ] do not recommend hormone therapy. Further studies evaluating adult fertility and the potential side effects after preoperative GnRH therapy during the first year of life are therefore urgently required. In animal models, Li et al. In girls, there is less evidence to support the influence of minipuberty on fertility and development of the genital organs, buta positive correlation of the mammary gland diameter and estradiol RIA at the age of 3 months has been described [ 42 ].
