Madden sat down with Weathers and gave him the news that they planned to cut him, but Weathers says what he heard next hurt more than any left hook or form tackle.
Raymond describes Weathers as sensitive, but in the best of ways. But Carl is a sensitive human being. He cared about his fellow teammates.
